Administration Assistant: 15 hours a week up to £9/hour

Nottingham Play Forum, PlayWorks, is a registered charity that aims to improve the quality and quantity of Play provision for Children and Young People in Nottingham. We do this by supporting individuals and organisations that are involved in Play, including families, students and community groups. PlayWorks provides resources like the ScrapStore, the Art Shop, along with Training, and Information . PlayWorks also delivers various Play Sessions across the city for Children, Young People and Families.

If you would like to be part of the work we do PlayWorks are recruiting for an experienced administrator to support in the administration of our services and the running of our office for 15 hours per week.

PlayWorks is constantly changing and as such the needs of the role will adapt so the job description for this role will be fluid. Areas of this role could include HR, finance, marketing through social media, e-bay selling and research and data analysis for funding bids


We require 2 years’ experience working in a busy office and will also take into account any additional experience you have either in the charitable sector, HR and finance or the play sector.
